About the Position

Avarn is now reaching out to those who want to work as security guards in various assignments within the order/trade department. This includes shopping malls, trade environments, municipal assignments, and assignments within public transport (SL).

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with varying working hours, i.e., evening, day, night, and weekends for those who are trained security guards or have a scheduled security guard training during the spring of 2025.

We now offer the opportunity to have your security guard training paid for by us after certain criteria are met. The training compensation is paid after the newly hired employee has completed their assigned work schedule from June to September and when the probationary employment has transitioned to a permanent position, which occurs after 6 months of employment.

To receive the training compensation, the newly hired employee must have worked at least 90% of the assigned shifts unless there are special circumstances.

The compensation is paid in conjunction with the regular salary payment in the month following the transition of the probationary employment to a permanent position. This offer applies to new hires starting between 2025-04-14 and 2025-06-30.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are at least 20 years old according to Section 4 of the Security Guards Act (2014:401) and hold a valid security guard permit or have passed the Police's suitability tests to start security guard training in the spring of 2025.

Please note that the compensation does not apply to all security guard assignments but only to those belonging to the Order/Trade department.

In addition, you must be unpunished*, drug-free, have a stable economy, good health and physical condition, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.

* All personnel at an authorized security company must be approved based on compliance with the law, civic reliability, and suitability in other respects. For the approval authority's assessment of a person's compliance with the law and civic reliability, information from the criminal record or suspicion register or that processed by the Security Police under the law on the police's processing of personal data within the area of criminal data law will be obtained.
